iresume has a simple proposition of a centrally stored resume.
it poses a few questions too...
is a candidate going to be interested in storing one resume centrally and using it for multiple applications across the board? i am not sure. it will most likely come down to the demographic thang again. the y'ers will probably like the efficiency and speed and hang the non specific nature of the process
the x'ers and beyond may be a wee bit more circumspect in my opinion - looking for a more tailored and customised application.
i for one like the website - simple and clean - surely half the battle won??
it sure will be interesting to c how it goes as we have quite a few retail based clients focusing energy and resources on the y'ers so this might just be worth a look
based out of atlanta in the US of A these guys are clearly making a play that integrates social networking and recruitment - anybody having a go is surely worth more than a cursory glance?
the whole story can be found here
you can head straight to iresume here
any ideas folks??

however emurse doesn't seem to have the social network integration that these guys are sprouting - unless i missed it.
