louis coutts says dont play it safe

i like what louis coutts has to say in this blog entry. to sum it up he is catiouning us against going for the metronomic recruitment process. to look beyond the facade and dig deep. take a risk. in this "quality candidate scarce market" surely louis' point of view is worth more than a brief review??

i especially like these comments from louis:
