well it seems pretty obvious and commonsensicle but itwire felt that it was more than newsworthy to publish this story about employees performance being linked with their perception of being treated fairly at work.
the fact that these studies still exist is quite frankly astounding. in this day and age of candidate scarcity and higher enlightenment, employees still appear to be n the receiving end of the employers stock whip - or at least perceive this to be the case.
i wonder whether a mild adjustment in attitude and perspective from both camps would solve most of this perceived issues???
